Join Us for the CWCA Annual Meeting This Thursday!
We are excited to remind you about the upcoming Cheval West Community Association (CWCA) Annual Meeting, which is scheduled for this Thursday, November 21st. The meeting will be held at 4310 Cheval Blvd, Lutz, FL (Sunset Room).
The day's schedule is as follows:
- CDD Board Meeting: 4:00 PM
- CWCA Board Meeting: 6:00 PM (to adopt the FY2025 budget)
- CWCA Annual Meeting: 6:30 PM
Your participation is crucial for the success of our community and we need at least 10% of the members to participate to have a quorum. If you cannot attend, please ensure to return your proxy to Greenacre. We have made it convenient for you to access the meeting packets on the Cheval West website, and CWCA meeting agendas are readily available at the gatehouses.
