AnnouncementsAs you’re all aware, there have been major delays on the construction at the Ramblewood gate house.
The CDD held a special meeting on May 30th and voted to terminate the contractor. During today’s meeting, the Board voted to hire a new contractor to complete this project.
Timeline:
- 2 weeks for administrative effort including contract preparation and transfer of permits.
- 20 working days for onsite effort and recommissioning
The Ramblewood barcode system has been updated tonight. This manual update will allow vehicles with recently issues barcodes to use this gate.
Mini-mobile office: In May 16th's meeting, the board authorized a mobile mini office which is expected to arrive on 6/28. It will provide a secure location for the guard assigned to Ramblewood gate.
